Company History
MJN Services, Inc. was founded in March 2000 by Michael Jardine. From the start, the mission was to provide freight brokerage and invoice factoring from one relationship — carriers and agents would not need to manage two separate companies to move freight and get paid.
The company remains family-owned. Michael, Nancy, Aaron, and Steven Jardine each hold specific operational roles — the same four principals who started the business are still running it. That continuity is not common in freight brokerage. It is a direct indicator of the financial stability and personal accountability that agents, carriers, and shippers rely on.
