How It Works

1

Haul the Load

Pick up and deliver a load brokered through MJN Services. Any MJN load qualifies for factoring through MJN.

2

Submit Your Invoice

Send your invoice and proof of delivery before 1:00 PM MST. MJN already has the load details on file — no third-party verification needed.

3

Get Funded the Next Business Day

Funds arrive via ACH the next business day — advance rates as high as 98% of the invoice face value. The balance is held in reserve and released when the shipper pays.

Factoring FAQ

What is MJN's factoring rate?

MJN's factoring fee is 1.5% for the first 20 days. If the invoice is not paid by day 20, an additional 1.0% applies for each subsequent 15-day period. No hidden fees — one rate, one relationship.

How fast do I get paid after submitting an invoice?

Submit your invoice (with bill of lading and rate confirmation) before 1:00 PM MST on the day of delivery. MJN sends the ACH the next business day — advance rates as high as 98% of the invoice face value. If submitted after 1:00 PM MST, the ACH arrives the following business day.

What is the advance rate?

MJN advances up to 98% of the invoice face value when you submit. The remaining balance is held in reserve until the shipper pays the full invoice amount, then released to you (less the factoring fee). Advance rates depend on shipper credit and load volume.

What is recourse factoring — and does it affect me as a carrier?

Recourse factoring means that if the shipper does not pay within the agreed period, you (the carrier) buy the invoice back from MJN. In practice, MJN works with shippers it knows — reducing the chance of a non-paying shipper. Contact MJN to discuss recourse terms and period before signing.

Are there contract minimums or exit fees?

Contact MJN to discuss contract terms — we will answer your questions directly before you sign anything.
